Saw Taylor Momsen today at 3:30 on 23rd and 8th. She was crossing the street on her way into the uptown E. Was looking around to see if someone recognized her and stared expectantly at my friend and I, who remained expressionless. She dressed very pseudo-badass. Leather jacket, dark mini skirt, tall black leather boots, thick, dark eyeliner. She looked simultaneously like a drugged up 25 year old and a baby prostitute.

Going into London Terrace in Chelsea, saw a woman with teen daughters and teacup dogs chatting. Admired the dogs and then realized the older daughter was TAYLOR MOMSEN from 'Gossip Girl.' Hair much shorter than last season and wearing one of those horrible sack dresses that look like maternity wear.
